What we love!
- Together with all of the essential amenities, mod-cons and state-of-the-art appliances and solar back-up systems etc, the property is layered in luxury. From the furnishings, to the wonderful daily housekeeping that you receive. Everything is taken care of. There is a comprehensive house book that includes all of the recommendations of the area, and a property manager that will happily advise and suggest where necessary.
- Spending time in the master suite, with its glorious bathroom and magnificent views.
- Enjoying a moment in the kitchen where a lovely little breakfast nook sits. Resting on comfy leather seats as you gaze over the estuary, intermittently chatting to the chefs as they prepare your breakfast.
- The property is consciously furnished and stocked in the right holiday materials that cater to the Knysna climate.
What you need to know…
- The property rests in Knysna’s Eastern Heads, overlooking the estuary. A mere 5-minute drive from the main seaside village. During the peak season, the town can get rather busy, and driving and parking can take the joy out of your holiday, so try to avoid peak traffic times.
- Settled within the Garden Route there are plenty of outdoor activities for the whole family to enjoy. Aside from the obvious – swimming, surfing, kayaking, SUPing and so on – there are scenic mountain biking and hiking trails to explore. Check out the Harkerville Forest and Garden of Eden. Plettenberg Bay’s beaches are only a thirty-minute drive away. Buffelsbaai is also a brief trip away and ideal for a family morning adventure!
- Visit the Sedgefield Market on a Saturday – a fabulous food market known as the Wild Oats Market, selling organic and locally sourced produce, and beautifully baked goods. Enjoy a bacon and egg roll, chased by some seriously good coffee and then head to the beach.
